Terms of Service
Effective date: Version: 2026.10.14
These Terms govern your use of Biissa Jualan, offered by PT. Biissa Maju Bersama (“Biissa”, “we”, “us”) at jualan.biissa.com (the “Service”). By creating a business, accepting an invitation or signing in to a business’s customer portal you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Biissa Jualan is a web workspace for businesses to sell at the counter and by invoice, buy from suppliers, track stock, record expenses and keep their books, with a customer portal where a business’s customers can see their own orders, loyalty points, gift cards and support conversations.
We may improve, change, suspend or stop parts of the Service. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law to create a business or to join one as staff. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us promptly at admin@biissa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Businesses, owners and team members
The person who creates a business is its owner and is responsible for it, including for the people they invite. An owner or administrator may invite teammates, choose what each can do, and remove them. Invitations are personal: they work once, expire after seven days and cannot be passed on.
Each business is separate. We do not share one business’s records with another business.
A business may open an online shop through the Service. An order placed there is between the customer and that business: the business sets the prices, accepts or declines the order, hands over the goods and is responsible for them and for any refund. Biissa provides the software and, where the business offers it, the payment link, and is not the seller. The customer must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before placing an order.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You will not:
- break any law or third-party right;
- upload unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or infringing content;
- introduce malware, or try to reach parts of the Service or other businesses’ data that you are not allowed to;
- probe, scan or test our systems without written permission;
- scrape or extract data except through interfaces we provide;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a business.
We may suspend or end access immediately for a serious breach.
5. Business data
A business keeps all rights to the data it enters, including its catalogue, prices, customer records and financial records (“Business Data”). It gives Biissa a limited licence to host and process Business Data only as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
The business is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its Business Data, for the tax treatment of its sales and purchases, and for the books it keeps. Jualan helps record and report them but is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The Service, including its software, designs and marks, belongs to PT. Biissa Maju Bersama and its licensors. These Terms give you only the right to use it as described here.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the care it gives its own, and will not use or disclose it except as these Terms allow or the law requires.
7. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these Terms. In short: Biissa is the controller of owner and staff accounts; a business is the controller of the records it keeps about its own customers, and Biissa processes those records on the business’s instructions with appropriate security.
As controller of its customers’ data, a business must have a lawful basis to collect it, give its customers the notices the law requires, and answer their requests, with our reasonable help. If we learn of a breach affecting personal data we process for a business, we will tell the business without undue delay and within the time UU PDP requires.
8. Term and ending
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or threaten the security of the Service, and we may end the Service for convenience with at least 30 days’ notice.
After an account or business ends we will keep Business Data available to the owner for export for 30 days, then delete it as the Privacy Policy describes, apart from records the law requires us to keep. Provisions that should survive ending, such as those on intellectual property, data protection, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will survive.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Biissa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to one million Indonesian Rupiah (IDR 1,000,000). These limits apply to the fullest extent the law permits.
11. Indemnity
You will compensate and hold Biissa harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Business Data, your breach of law or third-party rights, or your misuse of the Service.
12. Governing law and disputes
Indonesian law governs these Terms. The parties will first try in good faith to settle a dispute by negotiation. If it is not settled within 30 days of written notice, it goes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Central Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat).
13. Changes
We may change these Terms. For a significant change we will give at least 14 days’ notice through the Service or by email. The effective date and version at the top show which version applies. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
14. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
